Great 1 hour and 15 mins sports training for girls and boys led by professional rhythmic gymnastic coach Karina Roudnev: BA in Physical Education (St. Petersburg, Russia) ACE certified Personal Trainer. Used to be a professional rhythmic gymnast for 12 years in Russia. Worked as a teacher of Rhythmic Movement Classes in School for Gifted Children (St. Petersburg, Russia). Was a head coach of competitive rhythmic gymnastics team in New York City producing multiple members of Regional team and Junior Olympic medalists. Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation. Great class for beginners and girls with some experience in gymnastics. Attire: Comfortable clothes, leotard, socks, ballet slippers. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Maximum 12 students per class
